1. Data we collect
When you book a service or write to us we collect your name, email, phone number, booking details and message. Analytics cookies collect technical data such as IP address, device and pages visited.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to perform the contract, to confirm your order in writing (electronic form) and to let you review and correct errors before conclusion, as required by the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015. The lawful basis is your prior informed consent and contract performance.
3. Cookies
Non-essential cookies that collect personal data are set only after your prior informed consent, given through the accept/reject banner, as required by the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010.
4. Sharing and retention
We do not sell data. We share it only with processors (hosting, payment, analytics) under contract, and with authorities where the law requires. Data is kept no longer than needed for these purposes.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Write to contact@pryxian.com or call +380 973 758 7597. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
6. Complaints and disputes
Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 we inform you of our complaint procedure and of the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution.

Before you order we give you clear, timely information about the service, price, rental terms and the provider, as required by Law No. 3153-IX.
